005 A - EPP boxes for Ball Valves – black or grey colour

The EPP boxes are the economical and universal solution for ball valve isolation.
The material EPP (expanded polypropylene) can be used up to a temperature of + 110°C (230°F) and is in accordance with the current EnEV (Energy Saving Ordinance).
The EPP insulations consist of two half-shells with an integrated locking system, which makes any other external fixing unnecessary.
Each insulation is supplied with an adapter which allows the different stem diameters of the ball valves to be adapted to the stem opening of the insulation.

The material EPP is 100% recyclable and it can get also reworked, in case a venting is needed, for example.
The assembly is quick and easy; no additional tooling is required.
The insulation can be easily removed from the ball valve at any time for maintenance or repair purposes and then be fixed again.
