IMT ARMATUREN was founded in Switzerland in 1972 and has therefore acquired a consolidated
experience in development and production of industrial, plumbing and heating products.
All IMT valves are engineered and manufactured in the manufacturing plant in Italy.
For more than 50 years IMT has always been known as a leading manufacturer for heating and water
products. OEM, wholesalers and contractors have with IMT ARMATUREN the right partner who meets
their expectations and ideas of reliability and standards compliance.
IMT aims to consolidate its corporate structure and maintain the acquired markets, working to increase
turnover and number its customers.
To achieve its goals IMT is committed to:

partners for the growth and development of IMT itself.
• providing a quality product and service to its customers in full respect of the contractual agreements;

• supporting suppliers to obtain high-level performances and promote their growth, both technically and
economically;
• involving all employees in the respect and development of the Quality Management System;
• carrying out training and information activities for its employees to execute their tasks;
• ensuring a favourable working environment;
• making available the necessary resources, in terms of qualified personnel and adequate equipment;
• using energy sources and environmental resources rationally and effectively, with the aim of a waste
reduction;
• ensuring the prevention and protection of workers’ health;
• complying with workplace safety laws and ensuring that employees comply with internal rules;
• respecting ethical and moral aspects, as described in its Code of Ethics: IMT complies with the
principles of legality, correctness, integrity, equality and transparency in carrying out its activities and
in the internal and external relationships;
• carrying out periodically a risk assessment of its processes and business and planning the appropriate
actions on the basis of the findings;
• measuring systematically the performances and monitoring the Quality Management System, in order
to provide the Management with the necessary information for the Management Review and ensure
that the Quality Policy is constantly complying with the company mission.
The maintaining the certification of the Quality Management System according to standard ISO 9001, the
intention to implement an Environmental Management System according to standard ISO 14001, the
adoption of a corporate Code of Ethics, the maintaining and the obtaining of new products certifications;
the use of new commercial and communication channels like LinkedIn and other social media, all this
shows IMT intention to grow its presence in its sector of reference, focusing on the innovation of its
products and on the professional skills adapted to the actual and future needs of the market and to fulfil a
role as an ethical and socially responsible company.
