Corporate Whistleblowing Channel

With reference to the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, which came into force on 30 March 2023, with which Italy implemented the EU Directive on Whistleblowing (2019/1937), the company IMT ARMATUREN SRL has established an internal reporting channel for offenses that is to be found in our website www.imt-ch.com under the contact page.

Under offenses we mean:

Violation of the Code of Conduct or other internal provisions of the organization
Actions that can be prosecute from a legal perspective (e.g. criminal, administrative, etc.)
Acts capable of causing damage or financial prejudice to the organization and/or its image, but also to other employees or anyone carrying out activities in the same business environment
Actions capable of causing damage to the environment or to the health and safety of staff, customers or citizens

No complaints or criticisms on a personal level should be included but only reports for the cases listed above.

The dedicated channel set up by the Company is suitable for guaranteeing maximum protection of the reporting party's confidentiality and protection of the transmitted information, in compliance with regulatory provisions and anonymisation principle.
